Reinner Andreoli Product designer · AI builder

Twenty years of product for giants. Today I design and build an entire SaaS, with AI.

I am Reinner Andreoli. I led product and design at CVC, Natura and Porto. Now I design, code and ship Localhub, a CRM with AI agents and real governance. What follows is the work, not just the story.

Twenty years building for brands you already know

Selected work

Six projects that show both halves: designing the product and building the product.

From enterprise at scale to the SaaS I maintain on my own today, with AI in between.

01Own product · multi-tenant SaaS

Localhub: from lost WhatsApp threads to a sales system

Brazil has almost 24 million small businesses and nearly none of them have real sales technology. I designed and built an entire CRM for that market, from the first sketch to what runs in production today.

Visual pipeline, the whole operation on one screen

My day, what to do right now without thinking

Company WhatsApp, the whole team on one number

Goals and funnel, with conversion between stages

01Own product · multi-tenant SaaS

Localhub: from lost WhatsApp threads to a sales system

Brazil has almost 24 million small businesses and nearly none of them have real sales technology. I designed and built an entire CRM for that market, from the first sketch to what runs in production today.

My roleFounder, product design and engineering, end to end
2026, in production
What I did
  • Designed the full operation of a local business: visual pipeline, lead record, scheduling, cadences, email, documents with signature and a dashboard that answers the question an owner actually asks, which is what do I do next.
  • Built the multi-tenant architecture with row level security on every table, per tenant roles, audited impersonation for support and whitelabel.
  • Took the design system to dark mode and mobile first, because a local business owner lives on a phone, not at a desk.
  • Built the whole monetization path: trial, local currency plans, checkout and a usage ceiling that warns instead of locking people out.
Outcome

A product in production with more than 115 database migrations, real customers using it, and the entire operation maintained by one person with AI as the pair.

02Applied AI · agents and MCP

Sales agents with governance, not with luck

The hard part of AI in a product is not the model call. It is everything around it: permission, cost, context, limits and what happens when the model gets it wrong. That is what I built.

My roleAgent system design and implementation
2026
What I did
  • A per tenant SDR agent, with reactivating the cold base as the core, because that is where the money already is, and prospecting as the add on.
  • An MCP server with 44 tools that exposes the CRM to the customer's own AI, with an explicit boundary on what stays out, such as billing, team and sensitive data.
  • A governance layer every call goes through: a permission and cost gate per tenant, a training screen, a governance screen and a record of what the AI did.
  • An intent engine that scores each lead from 0 to 100 and returns the next action, instead of returning a lonely number nobody knows how to use.
  • Anti ban humanization on WhatsApp: typing delay, a daily volume ramp and a cadence that postpones instead of burning the customer's number.
Outcome

AI the customer trusts, because it has limits, leaves a trail and can be switched off per conversation. No black box.

03Enterprise · scale

Natura & Co: digital product for millions of people

Digital experiences for one of the largest beauty brands in the world, at the quality bar and the volume that kind of operation demands.

My roleProduct and design leadership
Enterprise
What I did
  • Led product and design in an operation at scale, with large teams and a decision cycle that involves brand, business and technology at the same time.
  • Worked the digital funnel where every percentage point turns into meaningful weekly revenue.
Outcome

Close to US$ 2 million per week in revenue uplift.

04Enterprise · award winning innovation

CVC Corp: online to store, across more than a thousand stores

A fully offline retail network that needed to learn how to turn digital intent into a sale in the physical store. The project became the company's innovation case.

My roleProject lead
Awarded in 2013
What I did
  • Designed the bridge between what a person does online and what happens when they walk into the store, across more than a thousand locations.
  • Worked adoption with the people at the counter, because omnichannel projects die there when the salesperson sees no gain.
Outcome

Awarded as innovation in 2013. It is the project Marcio Borges Malta refers to in his reference below.

05Enterprise · data and AI

Porto and Triggo.ai: product, data and intelligence

Insurance, platform and data intelligence. This is where AI stopped being a slide promise and became a daily tool for me.

My roleProduct and design
Enterprise
What I did
  • Product in a regulated domain, where a design decision carries risk and not just preference.
  • Close work with data, which is what gave me the repertoire to later design agents with real governance.
  • Radar Triggo: a navigable prototype of the tracking area, contracted and delivered as an independent project.
Outcome

The bridge between the enterprise bar and what I build on my own today.

06Client design · web

Sites and editorial pieces with their own visual world

Client work where the deliverable is actual design, not a filled in template. Every project starts from its own art direction.

My roleDesign and implementation
2026
What I did
  • Projeto Brief, for QUID: the editorial series How To Talk About, with its own visual system, animated charts and delivery as section by section HTML so their team can publish without me.
  • Trimat, Patriot Insights and G13: bespoke sites, each with its own identity and motion, live on the client's own domain.
Outcome

The client publishes on their own afterwards, without depending on me to keep the page alive.

How I work

I design the decision, not just the screen. And I ship it working.

Product design

  • Discovery with the people who use it, not the people with opinions
  • Information architecture and flow before pixels
  • Design system with tokens, dark mode and mobile first
  • A navigable prototype when the decision is expensive
  • Metrics agreed before shipping, not after

AI building

  • Agents with explicit permission, cost and limits
  • MCP and a tool surface for third party AI
  • Guardrails, audit trail and a per conversation off switch
  • A score and a next action, instead of a lonely number
  • Evaluating what the model answered, rather than trusting it

Shipping

  • Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres with RLS, multi-tenant
  • Versioned migrations, CI and a deploy window
  • Observability and auditing from day one
  • One person keeping a product in production, with AI as the pair

The path
2005 to 2015

From craft to leadership

I started drawing screens and ended up leading product. I learned early that good design is what sells, not what decorates.

CVC Corp

Online to store, awarded in 2013

I led an online to store project across a network of more than a thousand stores. It became the company's innovation case.

Natura & Co

Product for millions

Digital experiences for one of the largest beauty brands in the world, with close to US$ 2M per week in revenue uplift.

Porto and Triggo.ai

Product, data and AI

Insurance, platform and data intelligence. This is where AI stopped being a promise and became a daily tool.

Localhub

Now, end to end

I take all of that and point it at the largest forgotten market in Brazil. I design it, I code it, I ship it and I show the work in public.
